Snohomish County, Washington has successfully gone live on the Aumentum Platform, marking a significant milestone in the County's modernization journey and establishing a fully integrated solution that supports both Assessor and Treasurer operations.
The implementation provides a modern, scalable technology foundation designed to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and support future innovation across County departments. The project also expands technology options for local governments throughout Washington State by introducing a new integrated platform for property tax administration and assessment operations.
Since go-live, Snohomish County has already begun experiencing measurable operational improvements. Assessment roll processing that historically required weeks to complete can now be finished in a matter of hours. The County is also benefiting from enhanced levy calculation accuracy and consistency, while expanded Public Access capabilities make it easier for constituents to obtain information and services online.
"We have collaboratively developed a system new to Washington State, giving Assessor Offices a new choice and a viable solution," said Snohomish County Assessor Linda Hjelle. "We look forward to continuing this journey and developing new tools that will serve us well in the future."
The partnership and implementation effort also earned praise from Snohomish County Treasurer leadership.
